- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our family has been going to Dr. Yagodich for 8 years and while we have always been happy with his knowledge and professionalism, we have been extremely dissatisfied with the staff at the reception and check out area. You can constantly hear them talking and making fun of other patients. Also today, I took my 4month old daughter there for a check up and they LOST (yes, they lost it) a copy of my updated insurance card with my daughter's name that I have previously already provided to them. I have my health provider app on my phone which has a digital copy of our insurance card but since they can't print a copy of it from my phone, I had the app fax it to them. Meanwhile, others were seen before us because they had to get that copy again. It is ridiculous that I had to wait longer because of someone's incompetence. Oh, and I also got a lecture today for not knowing how much my co-pay is from the check out counter. That's because I have a deductible. Duh. Seriously, we love dr.
