- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Completely horrible experience. First, they didn't even speak directly to my child, even though she's 9. Then they inform me that getting a filling means drugging my child and parents aren't allowed in the back. And they had no understanding of why that would not be ok with me! Maybe if they had treated her like a person in the first place, I would be ok with her being alone. But not drugged up and not when they didn't even talk to her. It left me with no confidence that they would listen to her if I wasn't there. And someone stole my umbrella from the waiting room to boot!. They didn't seem concerned about it even though it was pouring outside. Then they wait 2 months to send a balance due (after insurance). Not even a return envelope.April 08, 2017by Sarah Downs
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love this office! The staff is always friendly and informative. Dr. Edge is very good with my 5 year old daughter. He explains to her what he is going to do, and ensures she is comfortable during her visit. No complaints about the office, staff, or dentist.November 29, 2016by Erica Cox
