  Everyone at both locations is great! Sharon at Gateway is at the front desk, and has been with this practice for a long time. She is always willing to help out with any insurance issues, which is a big help. Dr. Loehr has been my physician for years. He is great! He takes his time, and answers any questions or concerns I have. He is very attentive to my family history, as well. I have recommended him to others, who feel the same way about him, and the staff. He took his time fitting me for mono-vision contact lenses (which I highly recommend). The staff is always available when you call, and if they are with other patients, you are assured a call back shortly after a message is left. My entire family goes here. My daughter who now lives in New York returns home annually and always schedules her appointment with the Vision Care Center. Karie B. was exceptional in helping me get my mother's glasses repaired. She was kind, and very knowledgeable. You won't regret changing to this practice if you are looking for exceptional eye care.

  On two occasions I've had to wait 1 hour or more for my appointment. Both times I left the waiting room. Only once was it communicated there would be a delay. I find it unacceptable to wait more than 45 minutes for appointments. Currently, this office will not refill any of my prescriptions for glaucoma after repeated attempts to contact them. I also find this unacceptable.
